Summary of the role of non financial considerations in LGPS investment

The Board agreed at its meeting on the 16 November 2017 that in the wake of recent legal judgements, a statement on the legal landscape relating to the impact of non-financial considerations on investment decisions should be published. A document has been produced to assist those advising on or making investment decisions.
