Biography
John Jones is a Senior Adviser with Apex Investment Advisers and has over 30 years’ experience of managing and advising on Local Authority Pension Fund management. He is the Independent Pension Board Chair for the Dyfed and Tower Hamlets Council Pension Funds, and a member of the LGPS Scheme Advisory Board Compliance and Reporting Committee. John has held the post of Director of Finance at two London Boroughs and a Director post in the Mayor's Office in London and now works with pension funds with a focus on governance and investment strategy John is also Trustee with Coram a National Childrens Charity based in London, and is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of their Investment and Finance Committees. John holds an honours degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.Member since
