Debi has been employed by Dorset Police for over thirty years and has been seconded into a trade union role for the last twenty, mainly in the Branch Secretary role. She represents the South West Region on various UNISON policing committees and nationally for the trade union in the Police, Probation and Cafcass service group.Member since
