Biography
Toby has extensive experience in the Local Government Pension Scheme having been Chair of the Enfield fund for 8 years and have recently taken up the position of Chair of the Avon fund. Toby is also a member of the Local Authority Pension Fund Forum Executive and has regularly attended LGPS conferences and have been active in issues such as dealing with the ‘Fit for the Future’ changes as they affect Avon’s pool.Member since
