Richard represents Academy Trusts on the SAB CMBDA Committee. He is currently Director of Finance and Operations for Twyford C of E Academies Trust. He is a member of CIPFA and has 35 years’ experience in public sector finance. He previously held senior finance roles in FE, housing and the NHS.Member since
